Shipping & Delivery Information
Order Processing
- All orders need 1-2 business days to be processed before they are shipped, regardless of the shipping method or delivery address.
- Orders made on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will typically be processed the next business day.
- During busy times, like holidays or special promotions, processing may take longer.
Tracking Issues
If you have questions about tracking your order, please note that we have the same tracking information as you do. For any issues, it’s best to contact the carrier directly. If you still need help, feel free to reach out to our support team at info@pocketbands.com.

International Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout. All international shipments are sent via USPS, GlobalPost, UPS or FedEx.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship worldwide but cannot deliver to certain locations due to past shipping issues:
- APOs & Military Bases: We will do our best to ship to active service members at APOs, but sometimes we can't fulfill these orders. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
- Hotels & Temporary Addresses: We do not recommend shipping to hotels or temporary addresses as delivery is not guaranteed.
Currently, we cannot ship to the following countries due to unreliable postal services:
- Brazil
- Russia
- Greece
- Turkey
Additionally, due to FedEx restrictions, we cannot ship to:
- Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
