1. What size items will PassBand hold?
PassBand securely holds your YubiKey 5/5C NFC and other items measuring less than 26mm x 52mm x 8mm.
2. What size wrist will PassBand fit?
The pin-and-tuck style straps will fit wrist sizes ranging from Small (5.5" / 140mm) - Large (8.0" / 203mm).
3. What materials are PassBand made from?
PassBands are made from 100% soft-feel silicone and feature ventilated straps for all-day comfort. The clasp is made froma skin-safe, durable polycarbonate material.
4. Do you offer customization?
Yes, we do offer customization for PocketBands. We offer two main types of customization:
- Screen-Printed Logos: For large quantity orders, we can screen-print your company logo onto PocketBands. This is great for enhancing brand visibility and creating a professional image for your organization.
- Tailored Modifications: For large orders, we can modify PocketBands to fit specific devices or preferences. This includes adjusting pocket dimensions, offering various color choices, different strap styles, and multiple sizes.
Both services are available for bulk orders and may involve prototyping and new molds for tailored modifications. For more details on customization options and pricing, please contact our sales team.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times for international orders are calculated at checkout. We use USPS, GlobalPost, UPS, or FedEx for international shipments, with duties and taxes prepaid to avoid extra charges upon delivery. However, there are some restrictions:
- We cannot ship to certain countries due to unreliable postal services or shipping restrictions, including Brazil, Russia, Greece, Turkey, Ukraine, and Belarus.
- Shipping to APOs and military bases may be challenging, and we may not always be able to fulfill these orders.
- We do not recommend shipping to hotels or temporary addresses as delivery is not guaranteed.
Please note that shipping options and restrictions may change as we work to expand our international shipping capabilities.
6. Do you offer bulk purchase discounts?
Bulk purchase options are available for organizations and larger orders. Our customization and volume pricing strategies are tailored to each client's specific needs.
