Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect or defective order placed directly through Pocketbands.com, we will exchange it at no cost to you. For exchanges due to a different size or color, customers are responsible for return shipping charges. All exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. Wholesale or reseller orders are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Pocketbands offers a money back guarantee on purchases places directly through Pocketbands.com . All returns must be made within 14 days, buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Expedited Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders over $100 are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Wholesale or reseller orders are subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.
